Automatic station consists of:

• feeding details using robots connected to the vision system
• assembly station
• leak test station
• marking station with an inkjet printer
• final inspection station - vision system

Control station (EOLT) with vision control

A robotised station connected to the Cogrex vision system for final product inspection. On the rotary table, an additional 7 axis controlled by a robot.

Station for glue application and assembly

Station for applying thermal glue combined with the assembly of felt on the back of the car seat. Additional 4 external axes controlled by a robot.

Collaborative robots

The robots retrieve details from the base tool and mark on pad printing machines.
